This election could change everything to do with health care

By Andrew Campbell

You will be the determining factor in the future of health care. The future of health care relies on the different political candidates, and the political candidates currently play a large role in health care today. This election will have a very significant effect on the future of hospitals and how the country fights pandemics.

Donald Trump has a plan on driving down the cost of prescription drug prices by up to 90% by allowing people to buy the drugs from other countries, and he as well hopes to make things more readily available and more easily accessible.

Joe Biden hopes to expand health care and make it available for all, as well as lowering the required age for Medicare.

This election will determine many things for the future of the American health care system, and it puts you in charge of deciding what you want for the future of health care.

Over 7.22 million people have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in America. Of these seven million people that have been diagnosed, a large sum of people have needed some sort of help from hospitals. This unprecedented pressure put on hospitals and their associated health care workers brings up an important way of thinking for how the health care system will function in America after COVID.

The stress and financial struggles hospitals face now is astonishing, and they have done incredibly heroic things in the fight against this horrific disease.

So please do your part and vote in this election for the betterment of future of health care.
