The Jandoli Institute will host a live Twitter Chat for aspiring and young journalists on Friday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Individuals can follow the chat and tweet questions and comments by using the hashtag #JandoliChat.
Panelists will include Tom Dinki, a reporter at WBFO; Whitney Downard, CNHI Statehouse Reporter for Indiana, and Katie Tercek, a reporter for NBC 14 News in Evansville, Indiana. Downard and Tercek are graduates of the Jandoli School of Communication.
Jandoli School faculty members David Kassnoff and Richard Lee will moderate the discussion. Both are St. Bonaventure University graduates.
Participants will discuss why they chose careers in journalism, how they adjusted from their roles as student reporters to professional journalists, and what advice they would give to aspiring journalists.
