While our Sharp Notes, Sharp Thoughts music and social media project was on hiatus for the summer, we shared a song every Monday to start your week. We’ve decided to make Sharp Notes Monday a permanent feature.
Earlier today, the United States House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol referred criminal charges against former President Donald Trump to the U.S. Department of Justice.
The committee cannot actually file charges, but the panel can make accusations, which leads us to this week’s Sharp Notes Monday selections. That’s right, we have not one but two songs this week. Different songs and different artists, but the same title: “I Stand Accused.”
