Jandoli School begins election reports

Three Jandoli School entities began a series of live election reports on Oct. 13. The reports are a collaboration of the Jandoli Institute, TAPinto Greater Olean and SBU-TV. The programs will stream live on SBU-TV’s Facebook and YouTube pages.

The Oct. 13 program featured commentary and analysis on the District 23 congressional race between Republican incumbent Rep. Tom Reed and Democratic challenger Tracy Mitrano. Hannah Legacy, who covers the Mitrano campaign for TAPinto Greater Olean, and Julia Schneider, who covers Reed, discussed the campaign. In addition, Landon Allison provided an overview of local elections and interviewed Jandoli Institute Executive Director Richard Lee about the presidential campaign.

The three Jandoli School entities will present additional live election reports on Oct. 20 and 27 and Nov. 3.
