David Kassnoff, a Jandoli School faculty member, delivered a talk on the innovations and challenges of Eastman Kodak Company at the Jan. 26 meeting of the Twin Tier Camera Club, which met at St. Bonaventure University.
His topic, “The rise and fall of Kodak as the epicenter of the photographic industry and culture,” explored the company’s achievements in popularizing consumer photography and imaging science.
Kassnoff also described the digital disruptions that bedeviled the company as digital cameras and smartphones eclipsed film photography.
